Hi, welcome to Dreamworks Animation Wiki! Thanks for your edit to the File:44315285 gall shrek3 pa.jpg page.
Categories in categories
When you add a new category to a category page, you are saying that everything that's on that page is part of the new category. For example, if you have a feline characters category page and you add the Males category to it, you are saying that all feline characters are male. It's not some of what's on the page, but all of them.
Please keep this in mind if you add categories to articles and category pages in the future. A lot of times, it's better to just add categories to articles. It turns out much cleaner that way. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 14:47, October 30, 2012 (UTC)
It looks like you spend most of your time here adding categories. While that can help, adding categories just to add categories doesn't help because it requires going in up afterwards to clean them up. I think it would be good for you to work on what's in the pages themselves. While doing so, if you want to add a category, ask yourself two things:
- Is it important enough that it needs a category?
- Is this category something that people are likely to be looking for?
To give you an example, you just added the "Thin Characters" category to a page. Do you think that people who come to this wiki are going to want to know which characters are thin, or is that a category you added just to add a category?
Clean up and blocked
Your edits are not helping this wiki. They are requiring more cleanup than should be necessary. And since I have asked you before not to do this sort of thing, I think you should take a break. The block will expire in two weeks. We'll see then if you can make more useful and constructive edits. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 07:01, January 4, 2013 (UTC)
