Shrek 5 was the planned fifth film in the Shrek series, after the success of Shrek 2, but, then, it was cancelled, making Shrek Forever After the last film in the series.
Though in February 2014 it was then announced a fifth Shrek movie may be in production. A rumor has also occurred that Mike Myers and Eddie Murphy may return.
