Sean Phineas Bishop (born November 2, 1971) is an American animator, storyboard artist, voice actor, and director. He performed the voice of Lenny, Sykes, Frankie, Police Dolphin #1, and an additional tenant fish in the Shark Tale video game, the Doorman and the TV announcer in The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper, Sergeant Jed Blades in Over the Hedge, Driver Ed Instructor, Hall Monitor, and Teacher in Shrek the Third, Townsman in Shrek the Halls, Prince Charming, Mister Geppetto, Waffle, Dwarves, and the Cricket in Scared Shrekless, the Zombie Chorus in Thriller Night, Mayan Priest in Rocky and Bullwinkle, and Heimlich, Dieter,and Chef in The Pig Who Cried Werewolf.
When doing the voices in the Shark Tale video game, Bishop serves as the sound double for Jack Black, Martin Scorsese, and Michael Imperioli.
