James Cromwell (born January 27, 1940) is an American actor and activist. He performed the voice of The Colonel in Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron.
Some of his best-known films include Babe (1995), Star Trek: First Contact (1996) (with Patrick Stewart), L.A. Confidential (1997), The Green Mile (1999), The Queen (2006), Secretariat (2010), The Artist (2011), and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018).
